My workshops focus on YOU and your unique, beautiful and strong body.

While learning new combos and moves we also learn all about stage presence and attitude, technique, improving our freestyle, how to entice a crowd, showgirl stories, history of dancing and explore our body on a new level<3

We will find shapes and variations for everyBODY, dance and flexibility level.

With a XPERT Pole 1+2, a kinaesthetic certification and years of dance and instructor experience we will help you feel like the divine royalty you are! And don't worry about your neurodiversity, your instructor has ADHD too!

Poledance

Poledance as we know and love it originated from $trippers! And what better way to learn pole than from someone with an XPERT Pole 1+2 certification, years of experience in both poleshows/poledance and the $tripclub.

Pole is not only the perfect way to connect with your body and mind, it's also a full body workout!

Acrobatic Chairdance

ADHDers know it too well: sitting the way you're expected to on a chair is the worst! But worry not, over the years I found the most spectacular ways to (mis-)use a chair and defy gravity with style. And I'm super excited to pass this knowledge on to you! This is one of my most booked workshops and one of my favourite props for Burlesque shows too!

Floorwork

You don't need anything to blow away your audience!

Floorwork is an essential when you enter the performance world, and I can't wait to roll around on the floor with you!

And don't worry no splits are necessary for this, we will learn all kinds of stunning alternatives that are perfect for every body!

Burlesque

Sparkly, classy & sassy!

Burlesque is such a treat to learn and I love to combine it with acro-chairdance.

Here we learn how to playfully interact with the audience and how to present our body with attitude!

Cause remember, sexy is not a size, its a mindset<3

From the classic bump and grind to more neo burlesque we will explore the different genres and of course learn all about my personal style and signature moves!

$triptease

The art of $triptease is never cheap darling, we're actually quite expensive!

Taking your shirt off in a sensual way is one thing. But underwear? Learn all of my favourite tricks and ways to undress in the most breathtaking way, or see what else you can do with your clothes when you took them off!

Like every year we celebrate Merry $tripmas and during the year we occasionally sprinkle some $triptease classes in workshops for you to indulge in!

As always if you book this workshop we create a safe space for you to explore, I always bring nipple pasties and you bring at least 2 bras or panties, or wear them over tights! Being naked should always make you feel divine and not ashamed<3

Jiggles, bounce & shake it! Twerkshops<3
